When enabled the rotator causes template break

Please advise as to how i can configure the rotator to not cause my sites template to break each time the page is reloaded.

I have methodically gone through disabling all modules and checking for clean code. When i disable the rotator, the breaking stops.

Turn off jquery in module settings

I tried that and it made no difference. It has been disabled for a while now.

How I can see the "breaking" thing , what I need to do?
