Hot Effects Rotator Not working with Joomla 3.4.3

Sorry to bother you mate, but I have a problem with the extension Hot Effects Rotator in a new website I am creating.

This is the issue, I am using Joomla 3.4.3 and when I installed the extension and published with the pictures I wanted to show a text appears when viewing the website that says:

Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home4/mycasa/public_html/arrendadora/modules/mod_hot_effects_rotator/tmpl/default.php on line 13

I had never had that problem until now, can you help me? I am attaching an image for you to see.

In joomla admin go to global configuration, and level down value of 'Error Reporting' parameter.
