Good Morning,

Currently the Hot Effects rotator on our site is displaying a odd behavior in which the link of image one is overriding other images. After the image transition to image 2 the link for image 2 though configured to a different URL is still pointed at the URL for image 1. The image transition is working but the link never updates to the URL for the 2nd image.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,

Hello,

I tested this module on our site and it doesn't behave like this. Could you please re-download and re-install module from our site? If it still doesn't work after that, please include link of your site.

Thanks,
Milos

Doesnt look like the uninstall re-install did the trick. Feel free to take a look and let me know if you see something that could be causing the problem. www.scemd.org

Please try to add the third slide and check if that fixes the issue. If it doesn't work, please submit a support ticket and give us FTP and Joomla superadmin access of your site.

After adding a 3rd image it is still displaying the same issue. I'm not quite sure how we would be able to get you access to the system as it would require you to have Dell's Global VPN client, Certificate and configuration file, before you could ever remotely access the FTP side of the boxes as it is blocked through the ASA in front of the servers. Would a WebEx or GoToMeeting session be a possibility? I could make the connections and than pass control to you guys?

Sorry, but it's too complicated. Could you copy your site onto a normal web hosting with FTP access. In this case, you will secure backups because we will work on a backup copy.

Thanks,
Milos
