Hi, I am finishing my web page and have not structured it with right and left modules free since I wanted to maximize space for our photos. This has lead to a dilemma in that I can not find space for a log in line. I would rather not redesign the whole page just for this log in. It would be perfect if I could locate the log in line at top of page just under module USER4 [my language module] which would put it above the top menu. Would like just a simple one line module with log in button and upon login "Hi, User" and log off button.

Is is possible to add some line of code to add this new module?

Thanks
Scott

Hi Scott, you can try to publish the login module in the same position where the language module is (user4). It will appear below it. If it doesn't work, please give me your site link.

Hi Milos, thanks for your help. Please see my web page: [w.salamastra.com] When activated in position [user4] the module will show up under the language module only if the username is 3-4 letters max in length. 5 or more letters causes the module to be split with some above the language and rest below the language [try user name "guest" with password "guest"]. Also, I have it set to allow user registration, but do not see the link [along with forgotten password link]. I don't know if it is even possible to fit it all in the space I have. I don't mind if the module takes up a little more space to the left but prefer that it does not push the top menu down any. Thanks again for great support.

Problem is in your language module. Please edit file /modules/mod_jflanguageselection/tmpl/mod_jflanguageselection.css and around line 38, remove "float:right". It will fix the problem, but if you have more than one flag, there will not be horizontally aligned anymore.

thanks, but I have default flag, and I am working on 3 translations now so I will have 4 flags soon. So in this case should I still change the joomfish css file?

No, don't do this then. Instead, please try this: open index.php of the template and find line
<jdoc:include type="modules" name="user4" style="none" />
and change it to
<jdoc:include type="modules" name="user4" style="xhtml" />
