Why didn't you simply upload to / instead of /hot_photo_portfolio_hotstart

You can now move all files/dirs from /hot_photo_portfolio_hotstart to the / (root directory).

It can be done even after the installation. You just need to edit configuration.php after that and edit the two paths that you would find in this file.

I deleted those files in that folder and started over the way I should have originally, by dragging all the files to the root folder and not by uploading the 'hot_photo_portfolio_hotstart' folder. When I upload the files to the root folder I get the attached image as my homepage after going through all of the steps.

If this way doesn't seem correct, I can install like I did the original way (all files get loaded up inside the main folder) and then I can just move the files from inside and change the config file.
