Black bar footers

Hi,
How can I remove the black bar showed in the jpg?

I disabled the 4 footers from joomla but the bar is always there

I resolved commenting the line 133:
/*background:url(../images/content_bg2.png);*/

I deleted the black bar keeping the 4 footers.

Now I have another problem:

How can I move the Breadcrumbs module under the Footers?
