top menu and logo not showing

I've installed the real estate template, but there are no menus, either at the top or the left showing. Carousel runs right to the top. Also the logo is not showing either. Any ideas. The site is www.hartpropertycare.com

Is it Joomla 1.5 or Joomla 1.6/1.7? If it's Joomla 1.5, please make sure you clicked Install Sample Data during HotStart installation, and don't change wa89g_ database prefix.

Why you installed 1.6? This Joomla version is dead. You should use Joomla 1.7. If you insist on 1.6, please don't change wa89g_ database prefix during installation.

I took Joomla hosting with Hostgator, I already have about 6 Joomla sites with other hosting companies, but thought I'd try another.
Hostgator has a quick install for Joomla, but it didn't offer 1.7 when I implemented the hosting earlier this week. However, it does now! So I've installed 1.7 instead, and downloaded the 1.7 version of the Real Estate template. Hopefully this will solve any problems…

If you want to install our template with demo data you should not install Joomla through Hosting cPanel. Please read documentation for HotStart installation.
