Getting Frustrated

Hi There,

I have been using Dreamweaver for years and this is my first attempt at Joomla, so beware

I purchased the Hot Real Estate J25 Template and followed the instructions.

I now have the Hot Installation on my web site and the demo works well with what seems like limited Admin control. There seems to be a lot I can not alter or delete.

I have followed the instruction PDF to the best of my ability but I am wondering if I have missed something regarding removing the "Demo" status and enabling the full template.

The files I downloaded:

I hope someone can help, I have spent many hours trying to get around this before placing this post.

What do you mean by "Demo status" we don't have that. Hot start is intended for situations when you want to keep all and just change content. So you just change content. And for things you can not change form back-end you can customize template.
