Carousel shows up on article pages

Hi How do I make it so that the carousel banner doesn't show up on the article page for that particular article? For example if you click on Read More, it takes you to that page, but the carousel banner is on the top of the page.

I have tried every module assignment selection under menu assignment to make it not show up on other page but that doesn't help at all.

Also do you have any FAQ's for using the carousel?

Menu assignment works only for menu links.
