Hot Real Estate Installation issue

I installed everything satisfactorily, including installation of sample data. The admin panel of Joomla also opening up, but the hot_realestate template does not show. It is listed in the templates directory, but does not show up in the templates section on the admin panel.

Please advise.

Please make sure that you clicked Install Sample Data button during installation process. Also, make sure you did not edit wa89g_ in DB Table Prefix field.
