Hot Joomla Carousel Pro not linking

Hi Guys,

I have loaded the Hot Joomla Carousel Pro and have it set to articles with the ID's set to the articles I want to display but nothing is linked, titles don't link, readmore doesn't link?

The settings also seem to ignor the height settings?

I am becomming more and more concerned about the ability of your products actually working as they are advertised. I am a freelancer and need reliability. I don't have time to do free beta testing for your products. If this is going to be a problem then I need to know asap. I did an upgrade of joomla on a barebones tesing site which has only your template and plugin for the carousel Pro and it has corrupted my admin template? This is a real problem..

If you are a freelancer, you must know how to test a website, how to identify problems, how to read source code, how to use browser developer tools... Joomla is powerful, but Joomla is not Wix or Square Space... without the skills I mentioned, you won't be able to develop with Joomla, regardless of the template or extension provider you selected.

Now... about your problem. From the developer tools, I see that the menu makes Javascript errors. You selected Accordion type for the menu but didn't add any menu items...

Since I see you are a Joomla beginner, I strongly recommend you install the template with demo data. Using Joomla templates with demo data requires extra skills to develop and set everything from the start. Save your time, use template with demo data.

You are by fare the worst support person I have come across.
I no longer wish to use your ill tested plugins.
When I was getting the error reports coming up you tried to blame the server configuration of Fasthost rather than own the problem. I have many other site hosted on Fasthost and all running joomal, never had the problems I've had with your shoddie work.

I shall uninstall your plugins and put them in the recycle bin. I expect a full refund may you have as much success with your support work as you do with your untested plugin.
