You can change size of logo by editing index.php of template:
find this:
...
<img src="<?php echo $template_path ?>/images/logo.png" width="320" height="81" alt="joomla restaurant template" />
...
and change width and height attribute value. Here you can also change logo image location. Default is <template_path>/images/logo.png or easier just replace that image.
