Go to Extensions > Module Manager > Chefs. There you can edit text of the module. If you want to upload new images of the cookers, upload it here /templates/hot_restaurant/images/chefs.png (overwrite existing). The image should be size 322 x 316 pixels.

this problem, such as pop-top menu image is not in the demo

in menu module menu tag id should be "nav"
