Problem with Pay Pal code

Hello,
I inserted the paypal html code into the our site. The paypal image displays but when you click on the pay now button it doesn't respond. I have triple checked the code and even tried in a different site and it works fine. But again, when I enter it into the Restaurant template it doesn't function at all. Can you please advise?

Then try to paste PayPal's code snippet again.
