I can't access /administrator also it's same thing. I watched page load behavior in chrome network debug tab. Images from your site load at extremely low rate of ~0.5kb/s. Have you asked some of your friends to test site outside of your locale?

i have talk to my hosting provider, since i used shared hosting they said i need to uninstall some plugin on my add on domain that using wordpress for the cms
