How to deactivate movile version?

Could you please tell me how deactivate movile version of Restaurant Template so I can see same version in moviles and laptop or pc devices?

In index.php of template in around line 15:

$current_browser = 1;

just insert right below it:

$current_browser = 0;

I already deactivate the movile version. (I read your instructions in another post)
