Contact form

You enter phone number in contact editor in right panel parameters. After just check if phone number is set to be shown also in settings.

No, I mean box of form for visitors my website. So they write these informations, not read

I tried to add it about one hour, but i really don'n know. Do you mean settings under "Components" > "Contacts" > "Contacts" and there "Show Contact Form"? Or do you mean "Global Settings"? It's the last problem on this website and I really don't know...

Thank you for video, but I know how to create a contact page or contact form. But I don't know how to create contact form with more boxes (columns). Because basic contact form included just 4 boxes. I want to have e.g. box "Customers address", "Customers phone number", etc.
Do you understand me?
