That's what I did and I just retyed to do but the blank page with the site name inside is what I obtain after the installation.
Where is the template look?

Ok Maybe I understood where is the problem.

When I installed hot restautarnt was the unique template installed but not automaticly setted as in use.
I setted it as template (with the jellow star) and not it appears.

Now the problem is that the template is empty.
Have I to insert the default content during the installation?

No. HotStart installation means NEW Joomla installation. When you finish it per instructions, everything will be set as on our demo automatically.
