What is this white vertical bar?

Ok Guys, Good morning!

Please, i am sending a permanent password and username so you can connect to my laptop. Please if somebody could connect and see this vertical bar, would be great. Please check the report to moderator to find username and password, please discard any passwords except the one that i am sending now.

the database is called leathertouch, in the default directory, c:\xammp\htdocs etc....
