How to update vm 1.1.4 to vm 1.1.9?

I have purchased a template "Furniture Store" some time ago. The version of Virtue Mart is 1.1.4. How can I update it to the latest version 1.1.9?
The main cause is that I can not use Cyrillic alphabet in menu items of Virtue Mart Type!

You can use automated upgrade system in VirtueMart. It will upgrade VirtueMart itself.
