What is the problem? I see only you have selected different browse page from default template's browse page.

That is only happening on outdated IE7

Sorry for the late answer.
This is happening because you don't have enough content on your pages. This is a normal behavior and this can't be fixed.
Maybe you can add this in layout.css, but I am not sure your site will look better agter that.
You can change value 500px to heigher if you need to.
