Meta Name and Title

When I view the source I see the following:

<meta name="generator" content="Joomla! 1.5 - Open Source Content Management" />
<title>HOT Furniture Store - VirtueMart Template</title>


How do I change the Title I need it to be specific to my customer.

Also How can I change the meta name generator.

To change meta name generator, I think you would need to hack Joomla core files. Please find more help on forum.joomla.org
