Thank you. I added that code and it DID take away the filter boxes. But the label(heading) "filter" is still showing. Here is the link: nanlewisjewelry.com/joomla/nan-s-blog/2013?view=archive&month=5

Where can I turn that off?

display:none;
}

instead.
