Virtuemart wit strange link addresses

Another question about Virtuemart:

All the links to Virtuemart and also those in the admin panel of Virtuemart link to a lokal address which is not in my network.
Example:
http://192.168.1.101:8888/demo_furniture_store/administrator/index2.php?pshop_mode=admin&page=admin.show_cfg&option=com_virtuemart

There is no device with 192.168.1.101

Most clicks end up in a timeout and so I'm not able to figure out all settings!

Did something go wrong during my installation?

No you change that links manually in administrator/components/com_virtuemart/virtuemart.cfg.php
