Carousel Background has crazy pen tool lines was created by lpolitix

I have searched every where for the correct image to edit but I cannot find it. On the right side of the carousel i see swiggley lines that is making my template look horrible. Can you view it and tell me where to go to fix this problem?

Please edit file /module/hot_newsflash/tmpl/style.css and delete this part:
