The front Page Images & Links

I'm talking about this:


How can I get it to link to a Category instead of just an item?
and Also where do I go to control the images being displayed? If I want to add or remove some?

Find out link to your category (put in menu temporally, then click on it to see the link ) , that enter it in "Link to full article" field.
