Changing parameters of USER3 area

Hi,
how is possible to changing color and high of user3 area on Sportal25?

I wish to change white color with some other and high of that white area.

it would be complicated to change height you can cahnge image:

/templates/hot_sportal/images/topmenu_bg.png

OK, that is simple, and resolve my problem. But, need to change 2 files more also:

/templates/hot_sportal/images/topmenu_l.png
/templates/hot_sportal/images/topmenu_r.png
