Thank you Ivan for looking, but you seem to have added an extra mudokwan in the path?

When I go here:
www.mudokwan.net/joomla/templates/hot_sportal/css/layout.css

or here:
www.mudokwan.net/joomla/templates/hot_sp...css/template_css.css

there IS content

I used filezilla to move hotstart in and change all of the permission as suggested in the installation instructions

please see attached pdf for system information from joomla
(removing for security purposes)

Well that is path where your site looks for them , open index.php of template , find this line:

$template_path = $this->baseurl.'/templates/'.$this->template;

after it put:

$template_path = ' www.mudokwan.net/joomla/templates/hot_sportal '

but remember to remove that when you put site on final place because problem may be due fact that site in subfolder

I was not aware that they could not operate in sub-directory. Thank you
I will attempt to reload without the joomla sub and report back

I have removed from sub-directory and installed in root
There are still some strange issues

404 error...
The requested URL /mudokwan/mudokwan/index.php was not found on this server.
once again the path is adding mudokwan (now multiple) in path?

the only thing that I can think of is the shared hosting?
the sites are in sub-directories, but the domains point to the sub-directories?

We did not have problems like that before anyway setting template path manually like in post 31922 will always solve your problem

I have moved everything to root
Www.mudokwan.net
The issue seems to be the same

If I edit the path as you suggest, the main page does not come up properly (looks like other failed page)

It seems to me that because the main page normally comes up fine, it has to be an issue in carousel or how the read more link is handled?
