Ok enable it back.

Try adding this css at bottom of template_css.css:

#nav2 li:hover > UL{
visibility: visible!important;
}

that's it.
I have added
#nav2 li:hover > UL{
visibility: visible!important;
}
to template_css.css.
and it works
