Problems With Template Installation

I'm stuck on installation step three I did everything said, but page not found still comes up please help! (You guys need video tutorials ASAP!)

3. In browser, open address http://www.your_site_address.com/joomla/index.php (change "your_site_address.com" with your URL, change "joomla" with folder name where you uploaded files).

Are you using any of our templates? What error you got exactly?

Yes I bought the Sportal template. I uploaded the file to the root of my directory and I receive this message every time I try step 3..

Please make sure if you are entering the correct address. In example, if you uploaded files to the site root, you don't need /joomla in the link (step 3)

Yes I know that I'm only putting Hoopstyles.com/index.php is there anyways I can get quicker technical support than a forum like a phone number? Is there a chance that the file is broken?
