Change system language

I installed the hot_sportal4x_hotstart.
Then I installed the German language pack. It is not possible to switch to the German language. Despite activation, it always remains in English. What do I have to do?

Our templates come with the English language by default. However, you can install additional languages for every Joomla site. Please read these pages to learn how to install additional languages in Joomla properly and completely:
