Problems with menu and item display

Hello, I have some problems with the Sportal Template.
1.) The 3rd menu level moves behind the graphic below.  Look at " test.brandt-uwe.de ".

2.) I added a module location to the Sparky Framework. Since then, all 10 blocks/articles are displayed one below the other. Although limited to 5 in Joomla.

Unfortunately, that didn't work with the 3rd menu level.
I pasted the code into the Custom/CSS all the way down.
The menu still slides behind the graphic below when it is opened.
Did I do something wrong?

You put it in the wrong place. Put it at the bottom, AFTER (below) the last }
