Front Page Content Errors

I recently purchased Hot Sportal and have been having issues installing the content to the Front Page. I get the first item in a single column but all subsequent articles double up as two columns. I am unable to change this and have looked at it since it is not matching the demo content uploaded. Any suggestions?

You should edit home page's menu item and there you can find settings for number of published articles and number of columns.
