This can be:

1. Problem with your core Joomla files. You have 4 warning messages "A core Joomla! file has been modified."

2. Conflict with some other Joomla module (you have many of them installed).

If you install template again (using HotStart method) you will see the Carousel is working fine.

Actually, I would recommend disabling some components/modules/plugins to find out if there's any conflict.

If you HACKED any core Joomla files, especially the content component's files, this is the problem most likely.
