Pozition of bookmark in module

I wonder is it block "KOMETARI - najnovije" a module or not?
Do you edit html code inside template?

Blosbk "KOMENTARI-najnovije" is module.
I have edited template HTML. Before line </head> I have next new line:

<STYLE type="text/css"> <?php include_once "components/com_easyclasssuffixes/views/item/tmpl/css.php"; ?> </STYLE>

It is for component easyclasssuffixes. Bat, position of bookmark is not in connection with that component, becouse that was from beggining.
