Make sure that you have file "en-GB.mod_hot_joomla_carousel_pro.ini" in folder <joomla root>/language/en-GB

If you don't please upload it by FTP. You have this file in the module package. Make sure the file is chmod 775 (readable).

The file is there, the chmod is right, but it's still not working. Can you maybe suggest a different module? I need to get moving on this site and am not sure why it's not working...
