I just installed the Sportal template with HotStart. It installed fine with the sample data etc, but all i have is the homepage? When i click a read more link or blog etc i get a 404 or the actual article with all the page randomised?

You did not configure SEF links properly. Please rename file htaccess.txt to .htaccess. If it doesn't work, you may disable SEF links from Joomla backend (Global configuration) and consult your hosting provider about correct .htaccess settings for Joomla.
