Problem with color in mod_hot_scroller

I have installed mod_hot_scroller in template Architect, and it works. I have problem with setting colors. Every time , when I save new settings of module, automatically added prefix # . Example presents figure:



Therefore I must few times setting and save color before accepting right value.

Validator W3C CSS also sending message:
85 #highlights_scroll Value Error : color Lexical error at line 70, column 16. Encountered: "#" (35), after : "#" :#396AC7;

Do you have a suggestion for a solution?

Are you using version Joomla 1.5 or 1.6? Can you download Hot Scroller module now, and reinstall?

I using module mod_hot_scroller from template sportal in template architect.
