I'm another newbe to Joomla, have learned a little..Question, how and where do I change the design now in the title area to my web site title name

In menu manager enter Home Page menu item (should be in top menu if you did not change it) . In right parameters you will find field having your current tittle value. Change it or delete it.

Thank you Ivan for the responce, I don't seem to find what I am looking for from your answer. I want to change the words "DesignNow" which is like a logo title, to my site name. The only title I found from the instructions was the page title. Maybe I'm not understanding your instructions as I am still learning.
