Top Freeze / Floating Paine Over run

I am having a problem with the "Design Now" template. In IE or Mozilla when you click the "open" link to expand the top link section the logo or header area gets over run by the upper background color. It seems like it is losing padding or other config. This is also happening on your demo page for me. could you let me know if this is a know bug?

No, this is not a bug. Top panel script can't work better than this on DesignNow template.

You can try to solve this by setting same background on moving div as on his parent. Add:

.header_wrap2{
background: black url( demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/design_now/t...mages/header_bg1.jpg ) no-repeat 50% 50%;
}

,in /templates/hot_ecommerce/css/layout.css file.
