Install Hot Start links don't work was created by JTGlenn1
All of the links that are part of the hot start, as well as new links, don't work on the site.
I have a development site at xxxxx(removed)
The site is hosted on Godaddy servers.
Any ideas?

This is problem with .htaccess file. Did you rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess? If you did, you would need to consult Godaddy support for help. Try to insert blank .htaccess before doing that. If you disable SEO links in Global configuration, the links will work for sure.

I did not rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess.
I have tried that as well as inserting a blank .htaccess and neither fixed the problem.
I did disable SEO and that did fix the problem as you stated it would.
I would like to see about getting SEO to work if possbile. Can you give some guidance as to what I need to ask Godaddy support?
Or do you know of any good hosting companies that this will not be a problem on?
Thanks for the quick response.
