Error with module hot designation was created by adriancm92

I have a bug with this module, I have disabled the jQuery and everything, in fact I have joomla installed directly in issue and directly as I get in the catch.

Does it work after HotStart installation? Please give us your live link, we can't see much just from the screenshot.

No, nothing works but do the installation, I can not get the link that I have it on localhost

Already and found the problem, are the localost module not working, and it posted online and it works perfectly.
