Can you be specific please? All I can say that all our extensions does not affect any core elements. That's why we converted them so fast to Joomla 1.6 format.
We are NOT fans of Joomla hacking!

I didn't say you are hacking Joomla!
I am saying you are doing stuff with elements that causes problems.
Hot Designation is loading a jquery script in the administrator (Joomla already loads mootools), it loads some non-core slide/panel effects, and it styles elements differently that the core does.
This for some reason causes radio button elements added by Advanced Module Manager to stop working.
I suspect the jquery script is causing the problems.

Sorry, I didn't understand. However, it can be fixed easily. Please change /modules/mod_hot_designation/mod_hot_designation.xml with this attached.
FYI, this is not issue in Joomla 1.6 as we have rewritten the module backend.
