how to change the title bar ?

This is probably a silly question for a novice... but I cant seem to figure out how to change the title bar on the page.. it still says Hot eCommerce. Is this something in the admin panels?

The instructions were not exactly like my Joomla setup (I had to click "Page Display Options" and then enter text in the "Browser Page Title" box, but the link pointed me in the right direction - thanks!
