Joomla eCommerce Template- HOT eCommerce was created by Shir_G

I have website with joomla Version 1.5.23 + VirtueMart 1.1.9 stable ,we would like to upgrde the site to joomla 2.5. we saw your tamplate "HOT eCommerce" and liked it, we have some question regarding it who can I addees ?
