change tab names on product

Hello! Sorry for my english, but I've been working for hours on my website, I figured lots of things already (thank you all, this is a great forum), except:

1) how do I change the words "description" and "image gallery" ? grrrrrr, I looked everywhere, just can't figure it out (and I know the solution must be quite simple:S)

2) How do I change the colors of the buttons - I really only want to change the green one, to submit review...
