Hello,

The current version of my Joomla installation is 2.5.16 and the current version is 2.5.19. When I click on Joomla update from the Components area, it says "No updates available. You already have the latest Joomla! version, 2.5.16." Therefore, I would like to know what is the best way to fix this?

Thanks!

Sometime it happens that joomla stuck on getting update information. You could try to clear #_updates table manually. You can also try our new service joomla/wp updating service safercms.com . It should detect that and clear it automatically.

Hello,

re: You could try to clear #_updates table manually.
--how do I do this? In the phpmyadmin area? How do I clear them?

You can also try our new service joomla/wp updating service safercms.com.
--I tried that service and it did not work (I entered my secret key).

Thank you very much!

You need to use phpMyAdmin to open database , find that table and delete all records. phpMyAdmin should be included in your hosting panel tools
