Sopport re installation

I tired installing and whatever went up is not working. I keep getting error pages and i cannot add any content. Since then have paid for the installation service. I have had a response which asked me anther I had problems installing. It would be really helpful if someone answers when I send mail. My question. Will someone be removing my upload and install the ecommerce site soon. Or a least resond to me to my queries instant of asking me if I have problems .
