Product question-Email Linking

There's a small area at the bottom of product page which is marked "Ask a question about this product"

When clicked, it gives a "404 error" page not found... I looked at the HTML for it (below)

Is this suppose to link to Contact page?? where would I link this button from??

And will it add the product SKU/Name in the subject field if clicked by a customer?

what did you put in administrator\components\com_virtuemart\virtuemart.cfg.php instead of localhost:8888 ?
