Logo On the upper Left does not show

Is there a setting somewhere that is causing my logo to not appear when I right click to view image it comes up with this error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /templates/hot_wellness/images/logo.png on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

What am I doing wrong?

Perhaps the files you uploaded are locked by your server. Files should be chmoded to 644. Please ask your hosting support for help. Maybe this server works in safe mode.
